Who We Are?

The Church of God Under the Mantle of Anointing was founded on December 1, 2010,

on the principles of Christ as revealed in the Bible, the Word of God. Its faith and practice, as well as the experience of its members, are grounded in Scripture.

Christian

First and foremost, the Church of God Under the Mantle of Anointing is Christian because our foundation is Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and we base our doctrines and practices on His teachings.

Protestant

The Church of God Under the Mantle of Anointing is founded on the principles of Protestantism, although it does not follow any of the leaders of the Protestant Reformation. The denomination affirms justification by faith, the priesthood of believers, the authority of the Bible, religious freedom, and the separation of church and state. It is against the abuses and extravagances of ritualism and dogmatism

Foundation

The Church of God Under the Mantle of Anointing upholds the following five doctrines of Christianity:

1. The infallibility of the Bible.

2. The virgin birth and full deity of Christ.

3. The atoning sacrifice of Christ for the sins of the world.

4. The literal resurrection of the body.

5. The second coming of Christ in bodily form to Earth.

Evangelical

By evangelical, we mean that it affirms the basic doctrines of the Bible: the inspiration and authority of the Word of God, the Trinity, the Deity and virgin birth of Jesus Christ, salvation by faith in Christ's atoning death, his bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the second coming of Christ, and the spiritual unity of believers in Jesus Christ.

The Church of God has adopted the statement of faith of the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE), the largest group of evangelicals in the United States. NAE members subscribe to a common statement of faith. The Church of God Under the Mantle of Anointing can be described as part of the mainstream of evangelical Protestantism.

Charismatic

The gifts of the Holy Spirit appeared during the early ministry of the Church of Jesus Christ. The gifts are classified into three categories: revelation, power, and inspiration. The gifts of revelation are the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, and discernment of spirits. The gifts of power are faith, miracles, and gifts of healing. The gifts of inspiration are prophecy, tongues, and interpretation of tongues. The Holy Spirit imparts these gifts, and those who accept them are described as charismatic.

Evangelistic

The Church of God Under the Mantle of Anointing, as a revival movement, has promoted evangelism in all its activities. The Church has taken the message of Christ everywhere, by every possible means. Every program reflects this evangelistic attitude: campaigns, conferences, services, teachings, and missionary efforts.

Organized

The Great Commission is so comprehensive that it requires a concerted effort for its

direction, support, resources, and leadership. The Church of God Under the Mantle of the Anointing

has a centralized organization that administers the international, state

or regional, and local levels. In this way, we can fulfill our mission.

The Church of God is under the control of its lay members and ministers, who make up the

International General Assembly and meet every two years. Centralized governance

offers the following benefits: uniformity in doctrine and practice, principles that

govern local churches, a dedicated membership, greater fellowship, the opportunity

to be accountable, group decision-making, and a united effort to take the

gospel to the whole world.

Education

The Church of God Under the Mantle of Anointing places great importance on education. It offers a range of opportunities through its educational institutions.

World Missions

The heart of the World Missions ministry is the implementation of a global strategy for evangelizing, planting churches, and training workers. Its biblical purpose is to fulfill Christ's Great Commission, share Christ's love with the world, minister to the whole person, lead women and men to the saving knowledge of Christ and His redeeming grace, obey Christ, and confess Him in the world.
